We celebrated our new office building

For exactly 20 years now, we have been writing an extraordinary success story here in the Krumme Fohre district of Kasendorf and are experiencing rapid growth, both in terms of personnel and business. A symbol of this is the recently completed construction of the administration building, which we inaugurated with more than 1,000 visitors and guests together with our sister company Richter Steuerungstechnik.

The official opening ceremony took place on Friday, 10 June 2022, with many invited guests from politics and business. In bright sunshine, our board member and CEO Michael Otte welcomed the companions, partners and representatives present in his opening speech and thanked the staff as well as all the people and companies involved in the project, with whose help this new building could be realised in only nine months of construction time. "This was a real team effort!" emphasised Otte, who planned and realised the new premises not only for, but above all with us as staff.

After the welcoming speeches, the guests laughed, talked and ate together in a relaxed atmosphere. Live music by Suzan Baker & Dennis Lüddicke as well as tours of all the premises rounded off the festive programme and clearly showed the guests what had already been emphasised and praised by all the celebratory speakers beforehand: With us from W.E.T. Wasser.Energie.Technologie and our sister company Richter Steuerungstechnik, two highly innovative companies are successfully working together in the Kulmbach district to jointly advance new technologies in the field of resource conservation and environmental engineering.

The sunny weather and the chance to see the new building and the production facilities from the inside also attracted more than 800 visitors to our open day at Krumme Fohre the next day. With sunshine, traditional brass band music and lots of delicacies, the atmosphere on the company premises was almost like a fair. The highlight, however, was and remained the new office building. "It already looked great from the outside, but this exceeds all expectations!" marvelled a visitor during one of the tours. Indeed, the response from the two days was overwhelming and the positive feedback enormous.

It was a successful event and it makes us extremely proud that we and our team were able to celebrate this major milestone in our company history with so many great people!
