Partner of the Reserve 2025
Great joy at W.E.T. GmbH: Together with Richter Steuerungstechnik GmbH, our company was honoured with the title ‘Partner of the Reserve 2025’ under the umbrella of inuwat AG. The award is presented by the Federal Ministry of Defence to employers who provide exceptional support for their employees' reserve service.
The award ceremony took place on 3 November 2025 at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria (IHK). Michael Otte, who is both a member of the Executive Board of inuwat AG and one of the managing directors of W.E.T., accepted the award on behalf of all employees – accompanied by several reservists from the teams at W.E.T. GmbH and Richter Steuerungstechnik GmbH.
„We are proud to be part of a group of companies that actively lives out its social commitment,’ says Michael Otte. ‘The team spirit and dedication that many of our employees bring with them from their time in the German Armed Forces also characterise our daily work here in Kasendorf.“
Inuwat AG was one of only two medium-sized companies nationwide to succeed in the application process. This puts the group of companies in the company of renowned award winners such as the Munich Security Conference (MSC), J.P. Morgan SE and Google Germany GmbH.
The award ceremony took place as part of two anniversaries: 70 years of the German Armed Forces and 10 years of ‘Partner of the Reserve’ – a powerful symbol of the close connection between business, society and the German Armed Forces.
„Responsibility, reliability and cohesion are values that distinguish us – and it is precisely these values that are also reflected in the work of the reserve forces,’ emphasises Otte.
