We are now part of ELIQUO WATER GROUP GmbH
We are pleased to announce that – as W.E.T. and part of inuwat AG – we have been part of ELIQUO WATER GROUP GmbH since 16 February 2026. By acquiring a majority stake in inuwat Holding GmbH, based in Kasendorf, ELIQUO is strategically expanding its group of companies to include additional expertise in water treatment and automation technology. Three of the original founders remain involved as minority shareholders.
As specialists in membrane filtration systems, we develop and supply innovative solutions for the treatment of swimming pool and drinking water. Through this merger, we are expanding the group’s portfolio, particularly in the areas of municipal swimming pools and modular drinking water treatment plants. At the same time, we are strengthening our market position through access to an international network and expanded resources.
Within inuwat AG, we work closely with Richter Steuerungstechnik, which supplies modern control and automation technology and is further expanding its manufacturing capacities in the field of switch cabinet construction – complementing the switch cabinet production of ELIQUO KGSTULZ GmbH in Torgau.
For us and our staff at the Kasendorf site, becoming part of the ELIQUO WATER GROUP opens up new prospects for growth, innovation and the long-term security of the site. We already have a close strategic partnership with our Scandinavian sister company EnviroProcess, which we intend to expand further in the future.
