The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) has named us the employer of the future. Us - in this case that means both us at W.E.T. and our sister company Richter Steuerungstechnik as individual companies, as well as our group of companies under the umbrella of inuwat AG.

We were able to convince the board of examiners of our quality in all five of these assessment criteria. An honour that above all also shows: We are on the right path and have the right products and topics to tackle sustainable, innovative solutions in the field of environment and digitalisation. Our projects, ideas and visions have charisma. Just like us as an employer. And of course, this award is also motivation and responsibility in equal measure, so that we do not rest on our laurels, but continue to think "out of the box" in all areas, to be innovative and then to implement this quickly.
